What documents do I need to submit?

1. Completed, printed and signed visa application form in the e-konsulat system;
2. A color photograph of 3.5 x 4.5 cm. The photo should contain:
a. sharp, made on a white background and printed on high quality paper,
b. not older than 6 months,
c. taken straight in front of you, clearly showing the eyes and face on both sides from crown to crown of the shoulders so that the face is 70-80% of the photo. Please take off your hat in front of the photographs.
3. Passport issued within the last 10 years, valid for at least 3 months from the date of intended return, with a minimum of 2 blank visa pages.
4. A copy of the page in the passport with personal data and photo.
5. Health insurance, valid in the territory of the European Union, in the amount of at least 30,000 euros.
Information from the Minister of Foreign Affairs on insurers and insurance offered by them that meet the conditions specified in the Law of 12 December 2013 on Foreigners is available on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
6. A copy of an identity document confirming legal residence in the consular district of the institution where you are applying for a visa.
7. Confirmation of the availability of financial resources in the form determined by the object.
8. Proof of accommodation (for example, an official invitation or hotel reservation).
9. Documents confirming the purpose of stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Additionally, when applying for a visa for minors, you must provide:

Written notarized consent of the parent / parents to apply for a visa. If there is only one guardian, this must be documented by presenting a birth certificate, court order granting sole parental responsibility, or death certificate of the other parent;

Parents’ passports — original and copy;

Birth certificate — original and copy.

If the child is entered in the passport of a parent or legal guardian, submit a separate visa application. The visa will be glued into the passport of the parent or legal guardian.

Remember:

You must apply for a visa at a diplomatic mission whose consular district is your permanent residence.

As a rule, the above documents are sufficient to make a decision, but the consul may request additional documentation.

The consul has the right to invite the applicant for an interview at the office, but is not obliged to do so.

D type visas allow you to stay in other Schengen countries for 90 days in any 180 day period. This means that you can legally stay in the Schengen area only if your stay in the Schengen countries does not exceed 90 days in the last 180 days.

A type D visa can be issued for a maximum duration of one year.

Remember that a visa does not guarantee entry into the territory of Poland — the final decision is always made by the border service.

Polish student visas
European School of Specialists:
massage therapist, accountant, therapist, administrator, cosmetologist. The invitation is issued one day for 4 semesters (2 years). Correspondence school, classes 4 days off a month, you can work on weekdays. Polish national visa category d opens at the discretion of the consul, the school issues documents for 2 years + free courses in English and Polish.
From a client: a scan of a passport and a scan of a secondary education certificate with grades translated into Polish or English. Based on this visa, clients can be found in any EU country. Studying at school is not compulsory, the client can go to another EU country on his questions. These documents allow you to apply for a residence permit in EUROPE for a period of three years (in Warsaw, the procedure takes 3-5 months) The cost of documents for opening a visa is 500 euros.
