Our Legal company was founded by co-founders who is located in Schengen countries such as Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Belgium, Lithuania. These are the objects (construction, companies, factories, warehouses, factories) of our co-founders who created our Legal company and pay us a salary. Our legal work is that when you provide us with your client who is ready to work at one of our facilities, our lawyers prepare a full set of documents for opening a category D visa for one to two years (at the discretion of the consul) on behalf of the employer, we will send you to your office or to your client’s address a full set of documents in original by DHL mail. We will send the documents that the consul does not require in the original to your email address. That is, once again we provide, we provide a full set of documents on behalf of the employer, if you need to put on a queue at your consulate, we can help you with this. But you also have to collect a set of documents for your client at the request of your consul.

We are a team of lawyers, we prepare a full package of documents of category D. Our partners in India were able to get some help from the Polish Embassy in India (with monetary participation), and after evaluating the submitted documents, we need to provide the following additional documents:

1) Contract / agreement with the employment company (Serjii) and the employer (the factory in which he places the staff) If so.
3) On the first page of the work permit, in the second last paragraph, the employer’s name must be indicated instead of NA.
4) tax receipt and employer registration certificate.
5) A confirmation letter from the employer that he needs the employee for work. Because the work permit was issued 2 months ago.
If the above documents can be sent to us soon. With them we have a good chance of getting a visa.
